Non Traditional Colours Optional Twist at Crafty Addicts

Good Morning Folks, hope you are all well and keeping wrapped up nice and warm in this cold weather?! Well, I've just finished my second dose of antibiotics for this chest infection, still no better unfortunately, going to give it a couple or so more days then if same, will be making another visit to my GP... oh the joys!!

Anyways on a brighter note, our new monthly challenge starts today over at The Crafty Addicts Challenge blog. The theme as always is 'Anything Goes' but you could try our twist of 'Non Traditional Colours'. With Christmas just around the corner this was so much fun to do. Sponsoring us is the fabulous Polkadoodles, who are offering 3 pre chosen images worth £6.75 to the winner. For my DT inspiration, I chose the cute Watch your Step. Here is my finished project ...

From My Stash - Kraft Card & Gold Metalic Card

On an A5 Kraft card blank, I layered together, gold metalic card along with one of the gorgeous Dovecraft 'Time to Sparkle' papers. I just love these ones, such a change from the normal traditional colours. The image, I printed, coloured (using shades of gold), adding various glitter jewels for effect then layered on to the same gold and kraft card, placed as shown. To decorate, I added die cut holly leaves and snowflakes, pearl gems, paper flower with brad too. Finishing off with die cut sentiment.
