Hiya, another post from me, this time sharing the card I made for my Son's girlfriend in her favourite colours of blue...

From My Stash - Rainbow Miri Card and Silver Miri Card

Here I embossed a 7x7 card blank using 'Tumbling Leaves' folder. Creating this floral design on top using a mixture of 3d paper flowers, die cut butterflies, leaf flourish, finishing off with printed die cut sentiment topper.

Mother's Day...

Hi there Crafty friends,

It is with a mix of sadness that I share with you the card that I made for my Mother-in-law, as it was the day that my Father-in-law passed away. A very surreal day!

Hobbycraft - White Paper flowers

M&C Boutique (The Works) - Circular die

Crafter's Companion - Watercolour card

From My Stash - Gold embossed card

Layered together coordinating papers and placed onto a 7x7 card blank. To decorate, I arranged flower detail as shown, using for the centre flower, 3 white layers, 2 of which I coloured blue (to coordinate with other blue flowers) and 1 ivory and adding brad, 2 blue paper flowers, die cut foliage and butterflies. Finishing off with sentiment, that I printed onto white card before die cutting then adding 'Mum' die-cut and gems.

Sad News...

Hi Crafty Friends,

I'm so sorry that I have not been around much of late. My father-in-law, who had not been well, passed away peacefully last weekend surrounded by my mother-in-law, sister-in-law, my husband and myself. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends...

I will be back as soon as I can, so please bear with me...
