Autumn Blessings ...

Hi there crafty friends and followers, I'm definitely not liking this colder snap of weather we have been getting here in Ayrshire! Just wish the warm days were back again, although I do like the multi colourful autumnal days!! With that in mind, it's my turn to share with you my little bit of dt inspiration for Digi Doodle Studios. Here I am using this gorgeous autumnal little image called Booker from the new Autumnal/Winter collection. Isn't he so cute?!! This is my creation...


On a 7x7 card blank, I matt and layered glitter card with plaid card. The image, I printed, coloured, then carefully cut out, placing as shown. To decorate, I added various flower/leaf die-cuts, the flowers I also lightly inked round edges and added pearl drops to blossom branches, handmade pumpkin that I created using circle dies. Finishing off with die cut sentiment topper.

Best Witches!

Hi there, hope you have all had a lovely weekend! Been quite a mix here, weather wise! Could be doing with the hot weather back again!!  Anyways, as it's the 7th of the month, I'm here to share with you, my DT inspiration for our new challenge that has gone live over at Creative Craft Cottage today. Our theme is 'Pretty Pinks or Halloween' and sponsoring us is the fabulous Fabrika Fantasy. Their image I'm using is called Little Witch, isn't she so sweet?! So as you can see I'm following our 'Halloween' theme here! Hope you like it?!


To create this, I matt and layered black bobble card and green mottled paper, along with black web netting border. The image I printed, coloured then die cut out, using faux stitch circle then placing on top of die cut scalloped black card. To this I added googly eyes on the scalloped edges for a spooky effect! To decorate, I added die cut black flower with green stamen, black glitter fern and green blossom branches, black glitter card spiders, finishing off with gems and sentiment topper.

'Spook it Up'...

Hiya, would like to first of all welcome my recent new followers, thank you so much, I truly appreciate it and hope you enjoy your visits!! I'm here this morning to share with you my dt inspiration for The Crafty Addicts new challenge that has started today! As we don't have a sponsor this month, we are just using what we have already. Our theme is 'Spook it Up'. For my inspiration, I am using this fab little image from Kenny K called 'Trixie Treat'...


On a 7x7 card blank, I matt and layered black holographic glitter card and orange patterned paper. On this, I added die cut black patterned card topper, along with die cut spider webs and die cut flowers. The image, I printed, coloured and carefully cut out, placing as shown. To decorate I added die cut black flower, spider webs and small flowers, as well as spider die cut too. I finished off by adding peel-off sentment, pumpkin topper and gems.

Spooky Haunted House ...

Hi there, I'm here to share with you another little bit of inspiration, we have a new challenge that has just gone live over at Unicorn Challenge. Our theme this month is 'Autum or Halloween'. I have chosen Halloween, here is what I created, hope you like it?!


Taking a 7x7 card blank, I created the background using distress ink. I die cut the centre, placing the spooky image I had on file, that I had previously found on the internet, behind.  Unfortunately can't remember where! I added die cut border, then decorated with die cut flowers, branches, spider, web, pumpkin topper and black ribbon.  Finishing off with gems and peel-offs

Happy Halloween

Hi there, can't believe how fast the weeks are flying in now and the weather is getting that bit colder! I've not been too well, the past week or so, managed to pick up another virus...chest infection, blocked sinuses, headache, sore throat, feel so drained! Not good on top of my fibro!! Anyways I hopefully will be on the mend soon!!

I'm here to share with you my inspiration for our new challenge that has started over at Digi Doodle Studios. Our theme for the month is either Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness or Halloween...Here, I have combined both, the image I have used is called Arabella Grimm, she's fab!!



On a 7x7 card blank, I matt and layered black silk satin card and pink patterned paper, along with black lace ribbon border. The image, I printed on to watercolour card, coloured then added sentiment and two web images. After die cutting with circle faux stitch die, I attached die cut spiders web behind. To decorate, I added die cut flower, fern branches, bats, spider and banner, finishing with gems and Peel Offs
