Holly Hair - Cute as a Button Challenge #67

 Hi there,

Sorry not been about for a while, took a bad relapse of cervical spondylitis then fibro flare on top...couldn't sit at my laptop or even do much else without being in so much pain, so stepped back from everything and rested for once...still not too great but hopefully getting back to as normal as can be!
I'm here today to share with you my DT project for Cute as a Button Challenge. Our new challenge starts today and we would love for you to come and share your creations with us. For my project I have used the wonderful Holly Hair image, it's so elegant and sophisticated...I really enjoyed creating this one, thankfully before being poorly!! Here is my creation, I hope I have done the image justice and that it gives you some inspiration...

I knew exactly what I was going to do with this, as I have created this design before and knew that it would be just ideal for this image. Using decorative oval dies, I matt and layered teal card with coordinating paper. On this, I added the image after colouring and carefully cutting out. I then decorated with die cut vellum flowers, various foliage and butterflies and using pearl drops and glitter glue to finish. The stand I die cut from the same teal card to complete.
