Creative Crafters Challenge #60

 Hi there

Happy New Year to all our Challengers....
Yes it's time again for another new Challenge over at The Creative Crafters blog. This is my first DT project since my break away. As always our challenge theme is 'Anything Goes', so for this month as it's a New Year/Beginning... I am sharing with you a card I made for my new wee gorgeous Granddaughter Charlotte, a wee sister for Olivia. I love & adore them both to the moon and back!...So without further ado, here is my project...

On a 7x7 card blank, I layered pink gingham card on to pink matt-tastic card. I die cut a teddy bear using the same gingham/pink card and placed on to die cut white circle and pink decorative circle. Adding die cut flowers & foilage and finishing off with sentiment and decorative adhesive pearls.

Moonstone - 'Pocket Bear'; 'Floral Stitches'; 'Circle Duo Stitched' & 'Lovely Lace Doilies' dies

Matt-tastic Card - Soft White and Pink 

Diamond Shimmer Card - Black (for nose/mouth & eyes)

My Stash

White linen card

On a 7x7 card blank, I layered white linen card, after embossing, on to blue shimmer card. I die cut the flowers and leaves from shimmer card and arranged as shown. I added sequins for added sparkle and finished off with the sentiment. A relatively quick and easy card to do. I think it turned out well, my Mum-in-law loved it!

Hi there folks,

Wishing you all a very Happy New Year 2023. Here's hoping for a year full of joy, happiness, good health and wealth!

Yes, I'm back...It has been an eventful time with lot's happening in family life and also with the fact that my laptop eventually gave up the ghost so had not been able to post my crafts. Thankfully I have now got a new one, which I have been trying to get used to as it is more up to date than my last, but now able to upload my crafty projects that I have still been creating and can't wait to share with you. I will be re-tweaking my blog too, I have already added a new background and have a new header to add soon too.
