Showcasing Delightful Digi's - New Christmas Collection

Good Morning Crafty Friends and Bloggers, how are you all doing, hope you had a lovely weekend! I didn't do too much, been suffering badly with hayfever! In between trying to make samples...with that in mind, I'm here this morning to showcase my recent make using the brand new ''Christmas Collection'' by Delightful Digi's ... These are all hand drawings by the very talented Emma Goddard! Please find time to stop by and take a look through all the fantastic images and co-ordinating papers, I'm sure you will find something you desire! So without further ado, here is my completed creation....
My Sample
Products Used
Delightful Digi's - Poinsettia digi image and Blue snowflake backing paper
Creata - Silver mirror card
Crafters Companion - Watercolour card
Spellbinders - Labels 47 decorative elements
Pinflair - Ice diamond
Promarker - Tea Green and Duck Egg
LuminAtre - Carribean Mist and White

To start with I printed off the Poinsettia image 3 times onto watercolour card, I cut out in various sizes to use as decoupage. I coloured in using Promarker and Luminarte shimmer paints. Once dry I added Pinflair Ice diamond around the edges of leaves and flowers for a snow effect. I printed off a sheet of the Blue snowflake paper and cut and layered this on top of the mirror card as my base. I cut out the topper element using Spellbinders labels 47 (DE) with pearlised card from my stash. I added ribbon first then placed this on top. finally adding the poinsettia topper, then finishing off with a ribbon bow and peel offs from my stash...

Close Ups

Thanks so much for stopping by today, if you love this poinsettia, well  what are you waiting for, stop by here first...then while you are there have a look at all the gorgeous DT samples here for more inspiration they are all fabulous....even though I say so myself!!! Well untill the next time...
