Welcome to my first DT post for 'My Besties UK'

Morning all, still can't believe it, but welcome to my first Design Team post for My Besties UK, a new challenge has started and the theme is 'Circles', please pop over and join in the fun, there are fab prizes up for grabs for the Winners.

So here goes.....for my first project I have used the Sherri Baldy digi Image no.857 which you can purchase here and coloured in using Promarkers. For my card background, after I cut it in the shape of a circle, I coloured it using a mixture of Ranger distress inks peeled paint and bundled sage, I used Creata backing card for the scalloped edged topper and for the tree. All around I layered up leaves cut out from Creata mirror card using Joy Craft dies in keeping with the earthy tones. For the flowers I used glittered card from my stash cut out using Joy Craft dies and Papermania brads for the centre, I also used Anita's paper roses. To finish off I used shimmer dots to create the rain effect and jewel for the little girl's bow also from my stash and for the sentiment, I made this up on my pc, printed on white card and backed with Creata mirror card cut out using Spellbinder scalloped circle dies.
