Gemini Anime VIP Zodiac Bundle - Scrapper's Delights

Hi there Crafty Friends,


How are you all?... I've been poorly with another kidney infection, just finished another dose of antibiotics, to say it floored me is an understatement! I don't think I've slept as much as I have the past couple of weeks and still fill drained!! I've to get my bloods checked next week so will find out more!! 

So on to today, I'm here to share with you my DT inspiration for Scrapper's Delights, using some of the parts of this super Zodiac Gemini Anime bundle. VIP Deal

On a 5x7 scalloped card blank, I matt/layered cerise pink card, metalic gold linen card, yellow linen card and a 'Paisley Pattern' paper, along with a cerise pink/yellow grosgrain ribbon border. The image, I made up using the girls image, 'Gemini' star and date banner. I coloured with Promarkers and Copics, then adding to die cut gold linen card, placing as shown. Finishing off with vellum die cut flowers, gold linen card leaves, various gems/brads and adding a touch of glitter pen details...

'Crafting with Hunkydory' Magazine

Hi there,

I'm absolutely chuffed to bits to have my blog, along with one of my cards appear in the new 'Crafting with Hunkydory'  magazine article 'Bloggers we love!'... To say I'm over the moon is an understatement!!...

Happy Name Day

Hi there Crafty Friends,

I'm here to share with you the card I made for my Son's recent birthday, he's an avid Game of Thrones fan, so thought I'd use that as the theme! Quite apt that the show is being shown on tv the now, though sad it's the final series!! Anyways here is what I created, based on his favourite 'House of Stark' ... what do you think ?

On a 7x5 black card blank, I matt and layered together gold mirror card with black/gold stripe paper. For the topper, I printed a silhouette of the 'Stark' emblem along with my sons name etc using a GOT font in black on some buff card, then layered onto black card. Finishing off with some peel off corners and scrolls...

Docrafts - Papermania Spots & Stripes > Jewels paper
My Stash - Gold Mirror Card, Black Card, Mottled Buff Card and Peel Offs

May Progressive Freebie - Scrapper's Delights

Here is my DT inspiration using 'Just For You Mum' image ... Isn't she so adorable and great for Mother's Day or Birthday cards!! 


For my base I created this oval shaped card using a matt and layer of pink glitter dot card die cut with Spellbinders grand decorative oval dies. On this I decorated with die cut flowers, leaves and pearl gems, adding some craft polish to highlight leaf vines. The image I printed, coloured then carefully cut out and placed as shown. Finishing off with printed sentiment image... I also used the same pink card for the die cut card stand.

Gemini Chibi VIP Bundle - Scrapper's Delights

Back again, this time sharing with you my DT inspiration using part of the Gemini Chibi VIP bundle from Scrapper's Delights. Here I have used a 7x7 card blank. I matt and layered yellow linen card with cream/gold dot paper, along with yellow ribbon border. On this I added the image topper, that I created with gold non-shed glitter base with the image that I die cut out too, after colouring with promarkers. I decorated with a couple of toppers from the bundle, that I coloured and die cut flower, finishing off with pearl gems.

'Say it with Flowers-B' - Chibis New Release May

Hi there,

It's new release time again over at Scrapper's Delights. There are 3 new images for you to choose from and for my DT inspiration, I have used the image called 'Say it with Flowers - Boy', here is what I created...



On a 7x7 card blank, I matt and layered blue bazzill bling card with a mix of buff card and plaid card. I die cut the side border of the plaid card, then added blue rope cord and die cut tag with sentiment. The image, I printed, coloured and carefully cut out placing as shown...finishing off with some peel-off corners.

With Love...

Hi there,

Welcome to my first post of the week...hope you had a lovely weekend! I'm sharing with you today my DT inspiration for Crafty Addicts challenge, that has started this morning. Our theme as always is 'Anything Goes'... Here I'm using a little card that I made at a craft class I go to and this was the project we worked on, so came in handy for this...


Using a 5x5 card blank, I matt and layered green/yellow card with white card bee/floral die cut. On this I added bee in black, die cut leaves and paper flowers, finishing off with stamped sentiment and gold glitter glue for dimension and effect!...

Materials Used 
Sizzix - Thinlets 'Honey Bee' Circle Die and Leaf Die
Ranger - Stickles Glitter Glue 'Gold'
Stash - Green/Yellow Card, Green Linen Card, White Card, Black Card & Various Paper Flowers. Stamp Sentiment, I'm not sure who the stamp is by, but the two words were cut from it! Will find out next class as I forgot to ask!!
