Hello my fab friends and blogging buddies! And a big HELLO to all my new followers too!! Thanks so much for your positive comments on my recent makes, it means so much to me! Well it's Friday again, so time for a new Crafty Catz Weekly Challenge with me as host and my theme of choice...

'Anything Goes with a Twist of Embossing'

Our Sponsor this week is

Prize of 3 digi images from Etsy Store

For my DT inspiration I am using the cute little image 'Cup of Cocoa', which you can get here! Now who doesn't enjoy a lovely cup of cocoa or hot chocolate? Now with that in mind I had to include a couple of sachets in my creation...yummmmmm!! Here is what I came up with...very apt for this cute little image!
My Project
Products Used
Star Stampz - 'Cup of Cocoa' Image
ProMarkers - Lavender, Lilac, Tan, Caramel and Arctic Blue
Copic Ciao - Cotton Pearl and Pinkish White
Cuttlebug - Snowflake Embossing Folder
Spellbinders - A4 Dainty Dots Embossing Folder
Crafter's Companion - Watercolour Card and 'Sheena' Snowfall Festive Embossing Folder
X-Cut - Square Scalloped Die
Trimcraft - Dovecraft Festive Ribbon and Gems
DecoArt - Crystal Glamour Dust Glitter
From My Stash - Glitter Card, Purple and Snow White Pearl Card, Felt Snowflakes and Glitter Christmas Tree Topper

To make the Pocket
1. Cut a piece of card 12cm x 20cm
2. Score both long edges at 1cm and at 10cm down middle
3. Emboss one side, then tape or glue along both edges and stick together.
4. Decorate as required. I added ribbon border, with Christmas Tree topper and embossed die cut card.

For the card itself, I matt and layered glitter card with embossed purple pearl card, adding finished pocket at a jaunty angle. The image, I printed, coloured and carefully cut out and placed as shown, finishing off with felt snowflakes, gems and sentiment (printed using word) and layered on glitter card.
